Experimental set-up to adjust oxic-anoxic boundaries with the aid of parallel-orientated syringes. Visualization is possible by the use of backlights in combination with a digital camera.
The capillary are vertical oriented to avoid unrequested drifts at the interface. The lower solution contains a higher salt concentration to obtain a higher specific density.
